Address: rue Aire du Chemin, St. Tropez.
The house is ideally located 200 m from the old harbour, 50 m from a park by la Citadelle (the fortress) and 300 m from the famous Place des Lices.
The house has a balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.
Antique details - roof beams, iron Victorian spiral staircase.
Ground floor
Living room : with sofa, TV/cable, dinner tableLittle equipped kitchen: dishes, china, oven, stove, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator etc.
1st floor
Bedroom : 2 beds, bathroom and WC, washing machine, iron, hair drier, air conditioner, balcony
2nd floor
Small bedroom, 2 beds, air conditioner. Slanting roof.
Linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented for 15 euro/person per week.
Parking possibility: the parking of the New Harbour (Le Parking du Nouveau Port), a parking card can be provided. Weekly rental: Sunday to Sunday. Self-catering.
Rates per week
Low season : 7 October-May : 400 euros
Mid season: June, September: 600 euros
High season: 1 July-15 July: 800 eurosVery high season: 15 July-30 August,1-14 October, Christmas and New Year: 1100 euros
Safety deposit required: 200 euros comprising the parking card.
Upon reservation 30% of the price is required.
Balance payable at the latest upon arrival, preferably one week ahead.
One time rental fee (agent) : 20% of total rent for less than one month. Beyond one month lower fee rate is applicable

The nearest beaches: the little village beach (plage de la Fontanette); plage des Graniers (after the cemetery,10 min. by foot), plage des Canebiers (20 min. by foot by the sea trail)
